Some of the ways I can help you as your Doula.. Help you prepare your birth plan. Provide suggestions & exercises to help you have a more comfortable pregnancy. Explain medical procedures. Provide you constant emotional support. Suggest and provide non-pharmacological pain relief techniques (Massage, positioning, use of water/birth tub). Work as your advocate so your birth plan can be carried out. Provide support for your partner as well. Take photos & videos if you wish. Assist you with breastfeeding support after the birth.
